Pre-qualification enquiries are generally soft enquiries that do not affect your credit score. A hard enquiry may be made when you choose to proceed with a specific lender, and we will tell you before that occurs. You agree that any documents you upload are genuine, and you accept that knowingly providing false or misleading information may constitute fraud and will result in withdrawal of any offer.
Our fees, and any third-party fees payable, will be disclosed to you in writing before you commit to a service. Loan and mortgage work is typically compensated by the lender or provider and may be disclosed on your loan estimate or closing disclosure. Advisory, tax, insurance broking and planning engagements are charged as agreed in an engagement letter, which sets out the fee, the scope of work and any third-party costs. We do not deduct fees from your account or your loan proceeds without your prior written authorisation. Where a service involves a recurring fee, the amount and frequency will be stated clearly, and you may cancel in accordance with the engagement terms.

By providing your contact details and submitting a form, you consent to receive communications from Cash Compasses by email, telephone, SMS or other electronic means in connection with your enquiry or engagement, including through automated technology where permitted by law. You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe page or the link in any marketing email; service-related communications about an active application, policy or engagement may still be sent where required. You agree that electronic records, signatures and disclosures satisfy any legal requirement for written form.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Subject to any right you may have to bring a claim in another forum under applicable consumer protection law, you and Cash Compasses agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida for the resolution of any dispute. Before commencing formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter in good faith by contacting contact@cashcompasses.com. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
